Provide your membership number, contact details, property address, and a brief description of the maintenance issue. Step 2: Claim Registration Your claim will be logged, and you will receive a unique reference number confirming that your request has been received. Step 3: Assessment Our Claims Team will review your membership status, waiting periods, annual benefit limits, and the nature of the reported issue. Where required, photographs, videos, or an on-site inspection may be requested. Step 4: Approval Once approved, The Parallel Group will appoint a qualified contractor to complete the authorised repairs. If additional work or materials are required beyond your membership benefits, a quotation will be provided for your approval. Step 5: Repair & Completion Our approved technician will carry out the authorised work to the required quality standards. Once completed, you will be asked to confirm your satisfaction with the service. Step 6: Claim Closure After successful completion, your claim will be closed, and your annual membership benefit balance will be updated. Emergency Claims Where immediate action is required to prevent further damage, members should contact our emergency support line immediately.
